Did you know you can message us with your questions or concerns at any time? And you can do it securely! Similar to email, Secure Messaging allows you to write a message when it is convenient for you, review your sent messages, and maintain a record of your conversations.


You can send us a general inquiry or send us a message about a specific account or specific transaction.


General Inquiry

To write us a general inquiry, simply log in to Digital Banking and choose Messages on the lefthand menu. You can click either "Create a Message" or the pencil icon in the blue circle to start a new conversation.

Account-Specific Message

 To ask a question about a specific Amboy account, choose the appropriate Account Tile on your homepage and click on the three vertical dots above the transaction search bar. Choose Ask a Question and submit your inquiry about that particular account.

Transaction-Specific Message

To ask a question about a specific transaction, choose the appropriate Account Tile on your homepage, scroll to the transaction, and click the three vertical dots to the right of the transaction. Choose Ask a Question and submit your inquiry about that particular transaction.
